Project Management: Members of the Manzimvula team are certified Project Management Professionals, and others have extensive Project Management experience. We’ve successfully identified, planned, managed, measured and delivered small, medium and large projects for our clients in local, multi-national or global environments—working as always collaboratively with clients’ own teams and professionals.
Training & Education: Our team develops training and education systems and programs to refine strategies, to cultivate new behaviours and habits, and to support business process change. We also deliver step-by-step training and tools proven to meet the organizational, cultural and personal needs of audiences in diverse geographic locations and operating silos.
Team & Leadership Coaching: We help individuals and teams to identify, define and develop their personal and collective strengths. We enable effective teams that deliver superior results.
