Our process supports both individuals and the organization as a whole: As they work to articulate, share and live out the vision, purpose and ultimate success of the organization, they also create an environment in which the internal, organizational community and the broader, external community connect.
The actions, policies and values of the organization serve and build the individuals and teams and community within and around the organization. Effective companies have been doing this for decades. But recently, it’s started to enjoy a new label: Corporate Social Responsibility.
We prefer Community & Social Responsibility, but the upshot is the same. Effective environments place organizations and their communities in a beneficial situation, enabling them to weather negative economic forces. Our role is to provide perspective and guidance, supporting leaders through a discover process, and helping to establish the stability their organizations need if they’re to achieve the ultimate vision of the organization.
We start by listening. We learn how they articulate their dreams and aspirations, and we ask relevant questions to create clarity and connect the individuals, the teams and the organizations to the community as a whole. Through our process we document and create the road map and organizational plan, working with the leadership team at all levels to turn plans into strategy, and focused and productive action.
