Kelly has over 14 years experience working in health care settings including hospitals, retirement communities, long term care homes and home care. Her ability to connect compassionately with both residents and staff within these settings has accounted for improved quality of life and processes within these organizations.

Kelly has a passion for children and is an ardent supporter of her community.

Kelly holds a Master’s Degree in Wellness Management and Gerontology, an undergraduate degree in Health Care Management and an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
